Sanyo PR implied that they had terminated the JV. What's true? Who knows. It doesn't really matter to me one way or the other.

QCOM has a history of good engineering, good management, good legal defense of its IPR, good business sense, and good profitability. I'm sticking with that.

Edit: I forgot all the bad feelings a Gorilla should expect to generate in its competitors. They've got a history of that too.
