Being 'swept into the sea' is an old chestnut and impossible - given the realities of the situation - but it's a convenient crutch on which to base brutal oppression and retaliation. Ask yourself this - why is it OK to criticise the US but not Israel? Collective guilt for the Holocaust? So if this is to go on forever what hope is there for rapprochment - ever? Or do the Palestinians have to acknowledge second class citizenship is their only lot in life? They're human beings.
