What you just posted is EXACTLY the argument used by the environmentalists in the 1960's who fought against improving the levees in New Orleans, they argued it "might endanger the environment"... okay, so 45 years later, Katrina and reality came along and showed the obvious and fatal flaw in such highly illogical thinking...
