tough year for bugman delay, and another fine opinion by a reagan supreme court justice

"The Supreme Court on Wednesday threw out part of a Texas congressional map engineered by former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, saying some of the new boundaries failed to protect minority voting rights.

Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, writing for the majority, said Hispanics do not have a chance to elect a candidate of their choosing under the plan."

While the infrastructure of this country falls apart all around us, and illegal immigrants stream across the border in record numbers, and healthcare costs spiral out of control, we are focused on a very intangible proposal of banning the burning of our flag, which would take us out of the category of nations that allow free expression and puts us into the category of totalitarian regimes that do not allow freedom of expression in regards to the flag. Thanks for nothing American conservative eggheads. Can you do any worse?

have you expressed your outrage to assistant majority leader mcconnell or hatch's other homestate senator, each of whose no votes defeated the flag amendment?
