As a rule or point of discussion. The Executive branch has a right to insist that any law be interpreted, without that Congress would be free to run the country. That would mean that the most populated states rule the whole country. All the house would have to do is bribe a small state’s Senatorial representatives to vote their side and the populated states would rule. The Courts only rule on what is brought before them. If the executive branch were not controversial in nature it would not be functioning for the people. It is not supposed to be docile.

An executive must also have decent within his advisors to hone his decision-making. This president loves to be underestimated. It is that personality that makes him more effective. Watch him when he addresses the whole Congress at the State of the Union address, he can’t hardly keep from laughing.

The Legislative Branch proposes and makes rules/ laws so our people have guidelines and standards to help guide the decisions.

The Judicial Branch makes sure the rules and laws follow the principles of the U.S. Constitution.

The Executive Branch provides leadership and direction to our government and helps enforce the rules and laws. In time of war you define leadership. In peace you argue and debate. The foe should be a common enemy of the people, but in this case two wars are being fought. The cold war was not over and is not over. This new war is unique in the face of the old one, and now they overlap. We must unite in the war against our enemies, and destroy the foe or we will perish as one.
