Rush could get hookers in the U.S. or Canada...no sweat. Probably went to the Dominican Republic to cater to his "special" kink. Just remember neither J. Edgar Hoover or Roy Cohen thought they were homosexual. When rumours began to circulate around Joe McCarthy he suddenly married his long time secretary to get people off the scent.
