CJ, The top 20 percent has been very open about what they want from Congress, and they have been getting it. The top 25% of Americans pay 84% of the taxes. I love this "gift to the rich" stuff, because the truth is that it's the rich who are forced to give "gifts" to the government. Why? Well duh, because they're rich. Meanwhile, when the liberal elite calls for 80% of Americans to ask what their country can do for them, of course they really mean, "What can the richest 20% of Americans do for everyone else?"
