The SEC inquiry is the spotlight, not the issue. What the underlying issue was that they are looking at is already public on these boards. Which particular one is still subject to guessing. At any rate, the fact that they are under inquiry is a FUD factor already priced into the stock. If the inquiry passes without remediation, then the stock can move without that discount. If remediation is required, the stock will probably get a boost because it will address an issue that is fundamentally harming the company valuation from the past up to the present.
