...the fact that they are under inquiry is a FUD factor already priced into the stock I disagree. Recall the moment the SEC inquiry was made public, the stock price went up! I don't think the average investor (i.e. someone who doesn't read the message boards and learn of such filings almost the moment they happen), still doesn't have a clue about the SEC investigation-- and I seriously doubt anyone who calls the company is being told of it. As long as there are bills to be paid and Turek's shares are the way to pay them, expect the price to keep declining and the dilution to continue. - Jeff
