Perhaps it is the quality of carrier service which to blame. Reputation counts a lot.

Who knows.


I know that Reliance had an absolutely terrible billing system when they launched though I think it has improved.

But with the kind of market advantage you have shown exists, I should think that the anomaly will eventually correct in favor of CDMA.

I have been waiting a long time for that, but if both Reliance and Vivo build GSM networks, the game will be over.

The key question for Qualcomm will then be how soon these countries open up their 2GHz band to WCDMA. The Indian operators have made aggressive comments about their 3G deployment and we just have to hope that the spectrum is issued quickly.
