Wrong again AO. The NY Times admitted in it's story that the banks record operation had already led to the apprehension of terrorists--that's why it's action was so blatently irresponsible. They've also been exposed as hypocrites due to the fact they suggested in print within days of Sept 11 that just such a secret financial surveillance program would be a wise idea.
