Some where there has to be a reality of what increases can and cannot be achieved in Oil Sands. They are an source of supply - to say they are an answer strikes me as ludicrous.

Current projects should have economics of the current day. I wonder what the economics of future projects will be. Perhaps time is necessary to allow infrastructure to grow in the area where the projects are staged.
