It's the natural progression of Bushie politics. They told CA the same thing (through the FERC) when Enron was raping the CA ratepayers, of which I was one at the time.

Flooded and forgotten Louisiana is still devastated, and its people -- black and white, rich and poor -- feel like the rest of the country doesn't care. Faith Hill and Tim McGraw did a concert in NO tonite to raise money. I just gave more money. College students are going down to NO on spring break to help with the rebuilding. Tim McGraw says MISS is starting to bcome back but LA and TX still languish. I can't tell you how much it bothers me.
