Yeah, but you don't explain yourself.
It would be easy to argue both sides of that statement since it relies on an emphasised "NO" and an "A" all of which implies that you mean something subtle, and yet you don't explain what the heck you mean.

The emoticon also implies that the whole think is a joke.
