Just a means to flatten payrolls which have become ridiculous in their inequality. You think high taxes on tobacco and liquor are OK, why not on obscene salaries? And tax breaks to the energy companies are OK but not tax breaks to get employee's out of working poverty? It's just a little social engineering, nothing we are not doing every day. Only difference is who benefits. John BTW, I didn't say I agree with all those thing... just letting Ten know there are ideas out there.
