These men were tested for mental aberrances, observed closely during training, and exist in a highly structured environment that is one of the pinnacles of American culture. If you're looking for perfection, or even a close approximation of it, you will have a long and frustrating future. If testing and observing is all it takes, we should lobby for everyone to get tested and observed at an early age and eliminate all aberrant behavior. Mon Dieu! Why didn't I think of this sooner.
