Wouldn't they destroy each other's oil producing infrastructure?

Of course not, that stuff is well protected. Whoever gained power would keep those out of power away from the oil producing infrastructure. Al Qaeda has never had a successful attack on any Saudi oilfield infrastructure, for example. Anyway, the Israelis are nowhere near the oil, so their absence from the scene would not change the oil dynamics much at all. Even Iran would pretty much lose all reason to hate the USA if the Israelis relocated to Jersey - what do they care if we are watching salacious Britney Spears videos on the other side of the planet?

That's a great idea you've come up with, I must say!
