We are found in the moment and with each passing moment we may have the opportunity to begin anew, to restore or create that which is worthy of our reverence.

Follow up: I took my eight year old to be tested by an educational psychologist yesterday. The PhD psychologist is the head of the educational testing center at Denver University but provided the tests from her private practice.

There were several tests which took about three hours to complete. My daughter scored at the nineth grade and seven months achievement level in Math. That is 7 years growth from the start of third grade as a seven year old until now. She will start the fourth grade next week and will turn 9 years old in two weeks.

Remarkably the public school is dragging their feet when I ask them to provide special Math programming.
