You're grasping at straws. It wasn't just one man, it was five who participated, and at least two who knew but didn't participate. Five who participated in raping and murdering a 15 year old girl, her mother, her father, and her five year old sister, in cold blood. And two who knew but said nothing. Everybody who participated is guilty of capital murder, and the others are guilty of being accessories to capital murder. How many American military have been charged with murder in the last month? I count, roughly, 20 charged or the charge is well nigh inevitable, and that doesn't include the ones that are still claiming it was the Iraqis who did it. You can dig and dig, but there ain't no pony. Happy Fourth of July. The Founding Fathers are probably rotating in their graves like tops.
