The terrorists already knew all that stuff. If they didn't, they haven't read Tom Clancy or read the newspapers. Again, the only issue here is why Bushies are avoiding the mandatory FISA court and not letting congress carry out their mandatory job of oversight.

Is it because Bushies don't want anyone to know who they are really spying on? Because it's not terrorists?

If the terrorists were that dumb then they could not have outsmarted Bush and struck across the shores of the US within 9 months of his taking office.

If the terrorists are dumb as you make them out to be, then Osama and Zawahiri would not be that elusive to the point where Bush and his men told the nation that they had them and were within days of capturing them, only to discover later that they had given the US a head fake.
