If the terrorists were that dumb then they could not have outsmarted Bush and struck across the shores of the US within 9 months of his taking office. According to the NYT's story, SOME of the terrorists WERE that dumb, since they were caught by the SWIFT monitoring, including the mastermind of the Bali bombing. But not anymore. Look, Chinu, drug dealers know that narcs send out undercover buyers. But it's not the same thing as knowing the narcs' exact means and methods. I think your local narc squad would get quite upset if you published the means and methods in the local paper. Pointing out that the drug dealers already knew about undercover buyers would not cut the mustard as a defense, either.
