Again you are attempting to deflect this issue to something that is more suitable to the Administration. What moral authority does Bush have to reprimand the news media for such actions when he himself is in violation of the law by refusing to take the FISA courts into confidence. You mean to say that he and his circle of cronies are the only ones who have th interest of the nation at heart and that the FISA court judges do not possess that character. If this is so then Bush can be rightfully branded a dictator attempting to abolish all democratic institutions and taking over sole power where he and only he can make the decision to take just a few politicians from Congress into confidence on this issue and debar the info from the FISA court judges since according to him they are inept at maintaining secrecy.
