I agree US support for Palestinians just props up a miserable self destructing populace in their no chance for victory efforts, and US support for Israel is counter to American values since Israel is an ethnic state which discriminates against some of the indigenous population based on religion

One million Arabs are full Israeli citizens, with equal rights under law. Most nations in the world are "ethnic states" since the concept of an ethnos is closely related to the concept of a nation. America is the exception not the rule. England, France and Germany are also ethnic countries, and do more discrimination with less provocation than Israel.

Somehow, being an ethnic state doesn't raise red flags anywhere else - why only Israel? If Kurdistan comes into being, should we stop supporting it because it's an ethnic state that will discriminate against Arabs? Why is national self-determination called a good thing for everybody else but the Jews?

This is a serious question to point out a serious double standard.

It would actually be fine with me if everybody withdrew support from the Israelis and Palestinian - that means Europe and the UN as well as the US. Israel would survive quite nicely as it has a $100 billion GDP. But the Palestinian would be deep doo doo. And it's entirely of their own making. The Palestinian diaspora is well educated and prosperous, and could quickly invest in the West Bank and Gaza and make them prosperous too, if only they were peaceful places.

Of course the US is going to oppose ANY country nuking ANY country. That's US policy regardless of the particulars of the Israel-Pal situation.

Well, if that's the case, then the Arabs will still have their grievance with US foreign policy.
