CJ, Now that is funny.

I still believe this is what Bush ultimately wants to achieve, but can't because he'd rather be a bipartisan spender than a bipartisan cutter.

"Sure, you can have your bridge to nowhere. Sure, you can write the 'No Child Left Behind' bill and make it as expensive as you want. Sure, you can have the prescription drug benefit." And on and on.
