I think you are wrong about Israel. Most folks know what the definition of self defense is--even folks who are sypathetic with the pal cause. Raiding inside of israel and killing and capturing a soldier and now threatening his death is one thing, perpetual shelling of israel from an area just given back to the pals is even more blatant. If your town was being shelled, wouldnt you want your govt to do something about it or would you just surrender to whoever was shelling?
