[OT] We really have not encountered any problems. This was all work we'd planned to do, but I'll be Real Frank. We bit off a 'little bit more' than we're young enuff for. I'm one tired and sore puppy. However ... that 130 pound square buff floor sander did a very excellent job on the neglected hardwood floors especially the parquet floor. It has 4 or 5 different types of wood in it ... light oak .. red oak .. walnut .. maple .. and some other type (I'm not sure what it is) ...but this floor didn't come in a box .. it was hand laid.

Now it feels like Love at Last Coat of polyurethane. It's turned out to be absolutely beautiful. In fact it's so pretty .... Summer Time or Not ... I'm building a fire in the Brick Fireplace as soon as the polyurethane is fully cured. The stone fireplace will just have to play 2nd fiddle and wait till winter. ;)

I still have to wonder why people paint beautiful scallopped paneling in a Bright Salmon Pink and cover hardwood floors with Fire Engine Red Carpeting. Anyone know? lol

Real Frank

FRG is looking good. Nice Call.
