That might be the end game way down the road. By then California RE prices might be down only 20-30% in nominal terms but 80-90% in real terms and rents might easily triple. No winners in that RE market. But that always seems to be the case to all involved in the biggest bubbles where asset values are yielding near 1%. This one much more ridiculous than that Cisco at 80 PE but 40% top line growth.
