I did see Al Gore's documentary, An Inconvenient Truth, and would highly recommend it. I've never argued that C02 emissions and global warming wasn't a big piece of the picture. The part about Gore's presentation that really did surprise and anger me, was when he spoke of US auto emissions standards on new vehicles being below nearly everybody, even below China. So the US hasn't even picked the low hanging fruit on helping with this issue, and that typical expediency is truly outrageous.
