OT FIOS, Eric, We had Comcast Internet also (2-3 Mbps down), still use their cable TV (Verizon is not yet offering it here, as far as I know) and I can´t say the internet experience was very slow but if you get 5 times the speed and an included WiFi router for the same monthly fee, why not? Always wanted "fiber to the house" anyway, since I first read about it 15-20 years ago....Free installation to boot and that was a good thing since it took half a day to get the fiber from the street to the house and the system in the house (back-up battery and what not) set up. Haven´t used the improved up-speed much yet but probably will try it with video calls one day. Competition is good even when only two companies compete. Lars
