I think it is interesting that Hoekstra, who has been very critical of leakers in the past, feels that this whistleblower did the right thing on this particular program.

Do we have any idea what it is (or was) and why it would change a guy like Hoekstra's mind?

Or is he insulted that the Administration doesn't feel he and the leadership can't keep a secret?
