I suspect the market for lots has totally collapsed. It would not surprise me to see lot values back to early 2004 levels in short order. I bet we go back down to where they were in 2001 when all is said and done. Going to be a lot of opportunities fairly soon for old school RE investors<g>

Someone here took me to visit Port St. Lucie in fall 2000 and said it would take off. I thought he was smoking some loco weed. Oops.

Still can't believe that less than interesting or appealing area took off at all. Had to be mostly flippers, investors and now stuckholders.
