I just talked to my father the other day he lives in Port Salerno near Port Saint Lucie and he told me there are for sale signs everywhere in that area and not much is moving.

BTW

The Seattle area is as hot a as fire cracker, still.

Still can't believe that less than interesting or appealing area took off at all. Had to be mostly flippers, investors and now stuckholders."

Unfortunately there will be stuckholders. I don't know here the leveling will be either.
What happened though is that as property values went up further south in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties all the affordable stuff was up in Martin and St. Lucie counties. People that work in Palm beach County, for instance, had to move to Port St. Lucie just to afford a place to live.
