The big game was running up to Port St. Lucie and buying 10-20 or more spec homes and then flipping them. It worked for a while but now the music has stopped. These people don't have a chance vs the builders who can probably discount a hundred thousand $$ or more and still get out even money. The flippers are just pain caught with their pantalones down. If they are lucky they can just walk on their deposits. If they have passed the point of no return they will not be able to pass go.
