Clinton deserves full credit and you know it. He sacrtificed congress in 1994 to balance the budget by raising taxes after the borrow and spend Reagan years. Bush Sr. had to do the same. The rightwing needs to get off the public teat. If you buzzards want to cut taxes for the rich, then you have to stop all corporate welfare and wasteful spending in the Pentagon and other places. You guys have been ripping off taxpayers and consumers since day one. You guys are the problem. not taxes.

So the Republican shrunk military spending, or Clinton did? I thought that was the only reason the deficit was down under Clinton? Explain?
