Term debt would be a loan...no new shares.

bill thanks i agree with you my cll and pbg holdings are about in total less than 10 % of my cos.un. cll and pbg may pay off and are worth putting some money into but not the bank

What early stage oil/ oil sands company doesn't have to face the obstacles you just mentioned? It's one thing to be aware of the risks involved but it's another to be constantly worried about them. Risk (high or low) is inherent in all investments. Place your bets.
