So the Arab nations aren't really concerned with the Palestinians. It's just an excuse that sounds better than the truth.

I don't think any Arab nation wants a Jewish homeland where Israel is today, Palestinians or no Palestinians.

Exactly. "Freedom for Palestine" is a great way to fool the masses, including "Hamas in Irvine."

Even Clinton offered that to Arafat, but he refused.
