Fabricate whatever your little fantasy world requires to bullshit your way through another day, but it won't change the facts.

There was never a motion put forward to the UNSC use military force to end Iraq's occupation of Kuwait either. Only language that authorized "all available means" to restore peace and security to that region and force Iraq to withdraw.

That's just not the role of the UNSC and it has NO AUTHORITY TO DICTATE A MILITARY SOLUTION TO SOVERIEGN NATIONS IN ENFORCING IT'S BINDING RESOLUTIONS.

To have put forward a motion to use force, as you suggest, would have DRASTICALLY INCREASED THE UNSC POWER BEYONG THE MANDATE OF ITS CHARTER.

Obviously you think the UNSC should dictate when military force should be used by sovereign member states.

Are you trying to make the UN the world government?
