RE:3) I talked with Bill Howe on the 14th and he told me that both ProMold and Semco deals were complete. Semco was early. The audit was answering final questions and would be completed soon.

I guess Bill Howe doesn't always tell the truth?

What does Bill Howe exactly due for PLNI besides lie to the share holders?
