Oh yes, the Arabs were kind and gentle in the movies when I was a kid...And for a while, I pictured myself in love with Omar Sharif...Loved Lawrence of Arabia. BUT what the folks (who write junk that you were musing about) forget is, those movies were fantasy and some truth about a time that was far distant in the past. And of course, they never discussed the beheadings, stonings, hands and feet cut off for stealing, etc etc etc... The people who think the Arabs are always right are the same people who think the United States and the West is ALWAYS wrong! While I'm not overly fond of Isreal, and not overly fond of the Middle East in general, I surely don't see how ANYone can think that this is Israels fault....These are the folks that have been "gunning" for Israel since the land was returned to them in 1948. The Arabs have not missed a single day since 1948 of casting stones, missiles, bullets, etc Israels way, and yet when Israel FINALLY has just had it, then the Arabs complain that we, the West, caused it, and have to pull Israel off their backs.

Looks like Israel isn't the only one who is attacking...IF another country or terrorists who were IN a border country to the US were attacking American cities with rockets....Does ANYONE think that America/Americans would stand for it???? Well, on 2nd thought....if the Dems get elected, maybe we had better start digging bomb shelters. The lack of support and understanding from that party is beyond astounding to me. Israel destroys Hizbullah headquarters in Beirut... Olmert: Israel will stop when Hizbullah disarms... Palestinians Stream Into Gaza From Egypt... Vatican condemns Israel for attacks on Lebanon... Hezbollah fires 300+ rockets at Israeli towns... General warns range greater than thought... 200,000+ now staying in bomb shelters... Syria UN Ambassador tells TIME: Hezbollah could attack Israel nuke sites, 'could have radiation spread all over region'... USA warns against travel; authorizes personnel evacuation...
