They have a lot of other choices besides that. The Indian military is very superior to that of Pakistan's. All they have to do is walk in to Pakistan and sweep through the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir to eradicate the terrorists camps there. Not sure how familiar you are with the politics and history of that region. But you have only to look at what happened in Kargil a couple of years ago. Suffice to say that India can walk in at will and kill only those trouble makers and not the innocents. They don't have to fly in like Israel and harm hundreds of innocent civilians to recover a mere 3 soldiers.
