What you quote is is pretty vague, Meta.

Are they going to build it themselves or partner with some one? And how big is it going to be and how long is it going to take? And what about the permitting process on the US side? (Getting rights of way can be a real bear.)

Also they use the word "eventually". How are they going to ship the product in the meantime? It is going to be pumped out hot (I assume) in liquid form because of the steam, but to stay liquid doesn't it have to be above freezing? So what do they do with this stuff in the winter--keep it in heated tanks or what?

Also they are talking about "alternate" transportation. How much of the product can they ship that way?

You question my motives in asking these questions, but why? Are not the questions legitimate? This is not some abstract philosophical issue. If the company can't move the product (10,000 bpd they say) where are they? Don't you want the answers for yourself? Shouldn't the company be more specific about it? I could if I wanted to, question your motives in seemingly not wanting to deal with these problems.

Instead of demonizing me for asking the questions you should, I contend, be thinking about these issues. That is, if one has a significant portion of his investment money in the stock. I understand that if it is just a speculative lark then one doesn't have to be as concerned.

As far as PTCH (which is the only one of the ones you mentioned that I own), it is fairly specific about what its short term plans are and the percentage of its return if it hits anything. And it does admit it might not hit anything---more upfront I would say then CLL and more of a speculative play too. I am not saying it is a better bet than CLL--it is a short term speculation for me.

Good luck to you.
