Hugo Chavez/Venezuala, that might be Washington's next war of convience. Gunship diplomacy to protect big oil's interest in that part of the world. Venezuala is no small player in the oil markets. They supply something like 15% of U.S. crude. It's amazing Chavez has actually lasted this long.

It won't make any difference. The Lobby controls both parties and the neocons will change their color to be on war foot again.


And don't forget that Republican control of the Congress is in trouble come November.

Somehow, these boys always come up with a war in the nick of time to influence the voters.....

Pretty sure a lot of Rove planning is involved in these "coincidences".
