It won't work until and unless we build his "Sys Admin" force, which we haven't yet, and perhaps (probably) never will.

We can wage the war with men that are "young, dumb and full of come" but they're no damned good at keeping the peace.

When our war forces go home, the same old bastards that were there before are still there.

So what do you think of Barnett's argument in this case. I'm a bit torn.

Its a no brainer. If you could get a G20 to agree - that is the end of history.
