Forget my suggestion for a moment which is just something i threw out to Hawk. "I would support a pre-emptive strike before I agreed to withdraw troops from S Korea.' Preemptive strike on NK would lead to tens of thousands of casualties if not more and i am talking on our side and including american troops. They have the ability to destroy Seoul if they wish. Even though we would clearly prevail, the cost is just too great. Yeah the guy is a madman but he does hold some cards. This is not iraq.
