Ted, like I said before, Katrina is a real disaster that required drastic solutions. Tapping the reserves is justified in that case.

What crisis compared to that in late 2000? "OMG, oil prices are sky high! Those poor folks in the Northeast won't be able to survive the winter!" Seems like the Northeast is doing just fine even with oil twice as much as in late 2000. Of course, I can already predict what your next response will be.
