I think it's clear "who started it" is a useless exercise. And I think we both agree the UN is useless.

I hope Israel finishes it this time.

Israel has often said they would stop attacking Lebanon, but they have never kept their word. Among other problems, UN 1559 says Israel must leave Lebanon, but Isreal is still occupying the Shebaa region.

Hezbollah's kidnapping of Israeli soldiers was a response to Israel's assassination of people in Lebanon, as well as the hostages Israel has been holding since 1979.

Tom, you have to stop posting the facts. It only detracts from the notion that Israel is sacred.
