This may be too much for you but the real reason why those Arab countries are afraid of Hezbollah is the emergence of the "Shia crescent" across from Iran through Iraq (thanks to Dumbya for spending 2500+ US soldiers' lives and over $400B to establish that link) and down to Syria, Lebanon and later, through Saudi Arabia and other countries.

They are also afraid that their majority Sunni citizens will realize that it is the Shia that can stand up to the US and Israel, and then throw their cowardly rulers out of power. Note that even though the Shia crescent is largely Shia, obviously, they are roping in the Sunni Hamas.

And you are so full of ignorance that you think this is "encouraging"?! Goodness!

Say, is Russia as large as China? I understand your fearless leader figured it out recently?! ;-)

Hope is not a very effective strategy.

My hope is that the neocon leaders are brought to the Hague for war crime trials before they die from heart attacks and hunting accidents.

"unprecedented denouncement of Hezbollah by over 6 Arab countries. Hezbollah thought they would isolate Israel with this brazen act, and Viola, they have isolated themselves and drawn the scorn of their Arab brothers.

I wont say it is nothing because it certainly forces the block of Arab countries to recognize their divisions. However, Hezbollah is a fundamental religious military group. It is bound to be denounced by secular governments, or other fundamentalist groups who are competing to be the world's Khaliphate. This type of denouncement is common occurance throughout the ME, although, not in the mainstream media. I don't see any of these 6 countries offering to join a coalition with Israel to oppose Hezbollah... now THAT would be unprecedented.

Lebanon itself is a diverse cross section of peoples, including a large segment of fundamentalist shi'ites; which makes it nigh on to impossible for the government of Lebanon to take practical measures against Hezballah.
