I actually asked him that once before. Someone (you?) asked me to ask him that. He gave me an answer but I am struggling to remember that answer. ng What I think I remember is that there is a Florida Law that allows homebuilders to pick their own inspectors in lieu of local inspectors. Of course LEN and other big builders can afford to hire (pay off) their own inspectors. The more I think about this, the more and I sure that was the answer, but don't quote me on it. Mish
