Dija, bbaddict broke Suite101 TOS when he insulted, misquoted and denigrated Kirk, me and my thread there. Like here, Bob Brinker is the subject there and it is reasonable for the host to expect posters to adhere to the subject and not insult or misquote the website-host or the thread hostess. And it is reasonable to expect a poster to post ether truthful facts or perhaps his/her own opinions about said subject. My opinion of Bob Brinker is that he uses false advertising to sell newsletters, e.g. his false claim that he is rated "number one" in "Hulbert's Financial Digest." (He is NOT.) And I believe that he has intentionally engaged in trying to cover up some of his very worst market-timing blunders.
