Ms/Tres, let's see if I have this TOS question right. According to you, it's perfectly OK to accuse Bob Brinker a nationally-known figure, of false advertising and lying. BUT, if someone were to accused Kirk, a virtual unknown, of the same thing...well, that would be harassment? Is that the way it works?

So very true. Have you noticed when I state I have email support from regular contributors as well as lurkers who approved of how BBaddict was treated by you and I, dija basically calls me a liar with "I don't believe that." I bet he wouldn't believe that my current boss wanted to kick him off for his attacks but I stepped in as I did for others and said to give him another chance, but we'd be tight in enforcing the TOS rules. I sure have no use for people that deny facts when presented them then call me a liar and worse which is why he was encouraged to leave in the first place.
